As a SeniorManager | Director, you will:
• Strategically align people and change initiatives with business objectives to maximize transformation benefits.
• Ensure client leadership is fully supportive and engaged in driving change.
• Offer expert guidance to clients on best practices and industry trends in change management.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop cutting-edge solutions for sustainable change across all organizational levels.
• Lead and execute change programs, employing innovative communication strategies, workshop facilitation, and organization design assessments.
• Measure and track the impact of change initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Lead bid teams and oversee proposal efforts.
• Proactively promote our OrganizationTransformation approach in the market.
Requirements Lets discuss your qualifications:
• 10 + years of experience in organizational transformation consulting, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, change management, and project management.
• Background in management consulting.
• Proven ability in account management and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Passion and track record in guiding organizations through significant transformations to achieve lasting change.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of its impact on modern work practices.
• Thrives on innovation and creative problem-solving for clients.
• Proficiency in organizational change management tasks such as developing communication materials, conducting training, stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops.
Requirements Strategy M&A Dutch and / or French plus English; Entrepreneurial spirit; Excellent experience in business process redesign; Excellent Affinity with technology.
